Bird’s-eye view of a domed octagonal building within the Versailles Menagerie, with gated and walled enclosures radiating outwards with birds, and other animals. A fountain within one of the enclosures. Other buildings beyond with courtyards. Figures (courtiers), horseman, and horse drawn carriages throughout the grounds. The plate is titled with a description below.
